Refund & Returns Policy

At GUDZYK, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.


Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  2. The item is unused and shows no signs of use.
  3. The original packaging is intact (kraft paper excluded).
  4. Custom-sized phone cases that match the ordered device model, size, and color are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Since these are made to order for your specific device, we are unable to accept returns for custom fit items unless there is a production defect.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at gudzyk.enactus@gmail.com with the subject line: Return Request — Order #[your order number]
  2. Include your name, order number, and a brief description of the reason for return.
  3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at gudzyk.enactus@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
